How it works — 4 steps
Set up your price list once, then create each new quotation in just a few minutes.
1 — Settings and price list
Enter your company details, materials and prices, hourly rates, profiles, cut-outs and other frequently used items.
2 — New quotation
Choose the project type, add items and enter dimensions. The application calculates quantities, prices, weight, waste and VAT.
3 — Save and track
Save the quotation under the client, track whether it was sent, accepted or rejected, and review your internal margin.
4 — Send it to the client
Download a professional PDF with your company details or an Excel-compatible CSV file in the client’s language.
Small features that save time: the application remembers clients and previously used prices, allows quick item entry and includes a calculator with calculation history.
What Local Beta means
STONE·OFFER Local Beta has no registration or cloud storage. Quotations, price lists and settings are stored only in the browser and on the device where you use the application.
PDF for the final quotation
We recommend downloading every completed quotation as a PDF. This is the readable version you send to the client and keep in your own archive.
CSV for Excel
Quotation data can be downloaded as an Excel-compatible CSV file for use in Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
Backup for restoring the application
The backup file is used to restore quotations, price lists and settings in STONE·OFFER. It is not a replacement for PDF or CSV documents.
Important: clearing browser data, changing computers or using a different browser may prevent access to saved data. For business use, regularly download PDF, CSV and backup files to your computer.
This is a working beta version. Minor errors or changes to features are possible. User feedback will directly help shape the final version of STONE·OFFER.
