This Privacy Policy applies to the STONE·OFFER website at stoneoffer.eu and the Local Beta application at app.stoneoffer.eu.

c) Data entered into the Local Beta application
The current STONE·OFFER Local Beta application does not use user accounts or cloud storage.
Information entered into the application, including quotations, customer details, materials, prices, company settings and saved projects, is stored locally in your web browser on your own device.
During the normal operation of the Local Beta application, this information is not intentionally transmitted to or stored by STONE·OFFER.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your PDF, CSV and STONE·OFFER backup files. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or losing access to your device may result in the loss of locally stored information.
d) Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the website to function.
Optional cookies, including analytics cookies where enabled, are used only in accordance with the choices made through the cookie banner.
3. Why we process personal data
We process personal data for the following purposes:

• to evaluate and improve the Local Beta application

• Vercel, for hosting the Local Beta application

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Contact messages and beta feedback are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last relevant communication.

Information stored locally inside the Local Beta application remains on your device until you delete it, clear your browser storage or remove the relevant browser profile.
Technical records may be retained by our service providers for the periods necessary to provide, secure and maintain their services.
